At Hampden Clothing, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on full-price merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all original designer packaging and tags are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
